MOVE YOUR BODY. CHANGE A LIFE. I'll be leading a CEO takeover of #2024MFF this year! It will be a month-long journey of movement and impact, all in support of the incredible girls of My Refuge House (MRH). 

At MRH, we're dedicated to providing comprehensive care and restoration for survivors of human trafficking. Every day, I'm inspired by the resilience and courage of the girls, families, and communities who walk alongside us on this journey of hope and healing.

Don’t miss out on your opportunity to join me every day during the month of May. We'll mainly check in virtually, but if you’re local to Southern California, I hope you’ll join me for some of the weekly in-person activities!
